Tracing sheets on real handwriting lines
Each row starts with a solid model letter, followed by dotted letters to trace. The guide lines match the ones used in school handwriting books: a top line, a dashed middle line, a baseline, and a faint line below for letters with tails.
The letter tracing maker covers uppercase, lowercase, letter pairs (Aa, Bb) and your own words, so it also makes name-tracing sheets. The number tracing maker covers 0 to 9. Both can add a blank row after each traced row, so children practice writing without the dots.
Which sheet for which age
- Preschool: the child’s name, numbers, and a few uppercase letters at a time.
- Kindergarten: lowercase letters and letter pairs, with the blank practice row switched on.
- Grade 1: whole words, such as this week’s spelling list.
